Does anyone know how this is done? Animated 3D Multiple Lens Photographs is what Chinese Jet Pilot are calling this... haven't had much luck on finding anything else about this style of photography.

I'll guess it works like the bullet shot from matrix. The take several fotos at the same time from slightly different horizontal angles and do an animation out of it.
Amazing !!
You could check out www.cannibol.com here under "news and photos" could found some of that eye catching 3d photos, I found this several months ago and same as you want to know how its done.
