Just finished the lettering for the outdoor sign! Since our next show will be a moss-graffiti theme, the type is in green turf (I didn't have time to use real moss). Swing by on Saturday to check out the final piece!

I'll keep you guys updated on the progress... t-shirts are being delivered tomorrow and I'm picking up the art on Friday (talk about last minute!). I have a huge list of other things, but I don't think they would fit in this entry

...future show at the gallery

I'm planning a future show (mid '08) at Hushpuppy Gallery that will feature Moss Graffiti... still working out the details, but in the meantime, check out this starter:

* Take a clump (a small handful) of healthy moss and crumble it into a blender.

* Add 2 cups of buttermilk, 2 cups of water, 1/2 tsp. sugar

* Blend at the lowest speed until it is completely mixed and the consistency of a thin milk shake (add water if necessary)

* Paint the mixture onto wherever you'd like your moss to grow
