The name "Under Mars" is an homage both to Mars, the Roman God of War, and to the otherworldly nature of the experience. The goal of this site is exclusively to share photos of the experience of war, without politicizing, censoring, or editing.

Hey man. Thats pretty cool, good find. I like the idea that it "aims only to visually document their experiences and is not a political site." Refreshing.
4 years ago I started this blog, writing about the people who inspire me, logging progress on music video and short film productions, branching off into an art gallery, and interviewing creatives.
